1. I am amazed by the detail of this cocktail table. And Sarah of doesn't have a paint sprayer, so she had to do it all by hand, contorting herself into all kinds of crazy positions to get paint into all the nooks and crannies. Whew!
2. Why is it that even though I don't have small kids, I seem to get excited about a kids item each week? This time I came across one mom's solution to her son's fear of monsters in his room at night. She simply created some "monster spray" to help keep the scaries away. Ingenious!
3. I love colorful, graphic images, and this DIY pinwheel painting is no exception. Cheryl was inspired by other bloggers who had created their own versions. What fun!
I had also seen this pinwheel garage door on Pinterest once upon a time. Oh, if we could all be so bold!
I imagine they were all inspired by this pillow, which I have in my living room.
4. Another turquoise item caught my eye this week (imagine that). Nursery rocking chairs can be so ugly, but this Pottery Barn version with a custom slipcover is so chic! Shelley does meticulous work.
5. Do you have a Habitat for Humanity ReStore in your area? They have not only a lot of used and new building materials at great prices, but also lots of used furniture. Elz found this sweet dresser at her local ReStore and brought it back to life with some light gray paint. She's even considering using it in her kitchen as an island.

Wow! That garage door and that pillow!
Such a great article it was which the color match on the environment. In which the color of the pillow and the main door are the same. Such a artistic idea you have.
